Pick up from our store, located at 18 College Road is free. At checkout, under delivery method select pick up.
Add your email address to the order, wait for the pickup notification.

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIMES

We make every effort to ship out orders as quickly as possible, however for embroidery / printed items or if we need to fulfill some items from our warehouse, it may take a few extra days for your order to be filled.
August and September expect longer shipping times.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show successfully delivered to the order address, however, we will do our best to assist you.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

Most orders are shipped with DHL, all duties and taxes will be calculated and charged upfront so DHL can deliver quickly.

SHIPPING TO NEW JERSEY

Doll clothing, hair accessories must be removed from cart. They are not available to ship to New Jersey, as it is a taxable item.
